My car was scratched by the valet person in Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and I thought as the regular practice, will have to go through lot of pain points for getting the same rectified. From the time I got in touch with you till the time of getting the car back, it was the smoothest customer experience. The professionalism with which it was handled is commendable. Really appreciate and thank you for the timely and prompt service provided. More than customer service it was customer delight. Once again thanks for the efforts and excellent service.
